Where did you lose your Self-Confidence?
When you were a baby you were so self-confident.
You just screamed until your mother came to you to give you some milk, to change your diaper, to hold you and give you affection. You didn’t worry about how you were looking, whether you had a double chin, or whether your legs were too thick.
You just were
And that is just the way it is, it is your birthright to be self-confident. Just being yourself, you had no stories, nothing negative had been said to you, no fears. No fears of judgment, what people might think of you, no fear of not being good enough, that you are not important. You were just there. You just were. How wonderful would it be if you could go back to that state of mind? Being so in the here and now, not being bothered by your thoughts and beliefs. Just being loved and loving everything and everyone around you. Just doing your things because you feel an urge to do them. Not being bothered by thoughts ‘is this good enough, what will people say…’
